We collect personal information directly from you when you submit an enquiry via our website, email or phone us directly, book a service or training course, hire equipment from WCWS, or attend a training course.

• Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909) — for accredited training courses delivered on their behalf
• USI Registrar — for Unique Student Identifier verification where applicable

• Shire of Broome — operational reporting related to the Cable Beach Lifeguard Service contract

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Your personal information is stored securely using Google Workspace with two-factor authentication. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights contact enquiries@wcws.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
