Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Overview

  1. Objectives and background
    a) West Coast First Aid Training is committed to providing the best service using
experienced and qualified trainers, for excellent outcomes for your organisation.
    b) Our excellent reputation means that our trainers are in high demand.
    c) We understand that organisations need to book our services well in advance, in order
to accommodate their staffing availability for the training and to ensure that our
    excellent trainers are available.
    d) Unfortunately, when a client cancels without adequate notice, it prevents another
client from booking the trainer. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting
the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process of requesting a
cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our
businesses and the clients who would otherwise have wanted to engage our training
    expertise.
    e) We are advising the cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face
    when engaging our services.
  2. Booking Process
    a) When booking a training course, advise the number of participants and date required
    and agree to the terms.
    b) A reply will be made to confirm the booking.
