Pool Lifeguard Re-qualification ONLY

Pool Lifeguard Awards are only valid for a period of one year from the date of your assessment. A Pool Lifeguard training requires a high degree of judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness in both day-to-day guarding and the stress of an emergency. Regular updates to your training help sustain the lifeguard’s confidence and ability to prevent accidents and respond competently when they occur.

Course Duration: 6 hours
Delivery Mode: Online Learning and Face to Face
Location: The course is conducted at various locations within Western Australia.
Pre-requisites: You must hold a Current Lifeguard Award or equivalent
Minimum Age Requirements: 16 years
Certification: On successfully completing the Life-saving course
Re-qualification candidates will receive the following awards:
• Pool Lifeguard Award (Valid for 12 months)

Our course fee is $1352, which includes up to eight (8) participants. Additional participants can be added at the cost of $169 per participant. The price includes all the physical and educational resources required plus your record of achievement.*
* Plus pool entry & lane hire if appropriate

Suitable for: People who want to renew their lifeguard training course qualification
The minimum number required for a group booking is five

• PD / Workshop session latest industry developments/changes/updates
• Oxygen setup/takedown / Use in resuscitation
• Rescue and resuscitate
• Spinal rescue and management
